The GeeklyHub Company Refund Policy

As a Study Productivity Platform, the GeeklyHub Company aims to enable:

  • Students to manage homework better with the Homework Planner, master new topics in a Learning Center, and get help from experienced Tutors upon request;
  • Parents to monitor their child’s performance and activities, get real-time feedback from their teachers and find a Tutor for them right on the platform;
  • Teachers to automate educational processes, store learning materials, track their class progress and collaborate with students to help them succeed.

If you believe that the platform features do not cover your needs and do not match the expected standards, you have a right to request a refund of your payment. If the service provided by Tutors (in the form of tutoring sessions, editing or any other type of educational assistance) did not match your initial requirements you also qualify for a refund.

In order to initiate the refund process, you can fill in a refund request form by visiting your User account on the GeeklyHub Company’s website.

You can request a refund of your payment no later than 60 days after your last payment for using the platform functionality or the tutoring services provided. When you request a refund, make sure to include a full description of the problem issue, and please include the request number, if any, in the header of your message when you want a refund for a tutoring session.

We will respond to your refund request to the best of our ability. However, remember that it may take us up to 3-5 business days to thoroughly investigate and review your case, so we can offer efficient solutions that would best match your concern and needs. From our side, we can either try to find the appropriate tech solution, find a different Tutor to complete your initial request without additional charges or completely refund your request to your specified payment method or your internal account balance in our system. If you agree to receive help with your request from a different Tutor, we may need up to 24 hours to find a fitting replacement.

If we agree to refund your initial payment to your internal account balance, the money will arrive at once. You can use your account's balance for future payments at GeeklyHub. If we agree to refund the money to your card or another payment method that was specified, it might take 3-5 business days for the money to arrive. We cannot influence the transaction speed since the time depends on the policy of your bank and the payment processor.

You can request a refund for the subscription fee charged on your card up to 30 days from the date of the latest payment. The refund can be issued only if you did not use your bonuses and perks included in the subscription plan since the last payment. In this case, your refund request will be processed within 24 hours and you'll get your money back to the card within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that the bonuses and perks included in your subscription plan are non-refundable and will be withdrawn on the date of the refund issued.
